Hostel Mamallena has contacts with a number of captains sailing in the San Blas that are able to offer private yacht charters around some of the most beautiful islands in the world. This is picture postcard stuff!!!!!

Picture yourself sitting on the deck of your yacht, cocktail in hand, watching the sunset over a beautiful Kuna Yala island with white sand beaches and palm trees. You'll have your choice of spending the day relaxing on deck, lazing on the beach, snorkling or any combination of them all. This is just too good an opportunity to miss!!!! It's the perfect way to relax after spending all those hard months traveling. Sailing in the San Blas islands is some of the best that Panama has to offer.

We've personally checked out each of these boats and are sure that they are going to offer you a great trip on a great boat. Each of these boats normally charge around $125 per person per day for a full service trip. Due to our great contacts we can make these same yachts available for prices starting from $85 per person per day, 3 day minimum. These are great prices and can't be beaten. But don't expect to be waited on hand and foot, and depending on the amount of people in your group(and how much you're paying) you may not have your own cabin. But thats not going to ruin the fun, and what can you expect for only $85 a day sailing in the San Blas islands???? Prices include all food, water while you're on the boat. Transfers, alcohol and other local taxes are extra. Transport in a 4x4 is $25 per person each way, a small boat to the yacht is a few dollars and local taxes will cost around $8.

You can expect to be taken to some of the best islands in the San Blas. But exactly where you go depends on you and the length of your trip. Either way it doesn't matter. Our captains have spent years sailing in the San Blas islands and will take you to their favourite places. Each yacht is different and has different capacities. Some are better suited to just couples and others can accomodate larger groups. Each yacht also has different availabilites so we can't be sure that a particular yacht will be available at any given time.
